OZtech Computer Center is one of the very few if not the only ECO-FRIENDLY Computer Shop in Antipolo City. The need to use energy efficient computers for less carbon footprint has been achieved by OZtech Computer Center. Following instructions from Ka Enchong Zapanta, OZtech Computer Center converted their Central Processing Units (CPU) to a more energy efficient, ecletic and eco-friendly machines. Through this, Ka Enchong Zapanta sets an example to all concerned to participate in his Green Computing Campaign. The Office of the City Vice Mayor Lorenzo Ka Enchong Zapanta joins the directives of Mayor Nilo Leyble and Atty. Menchie Leyble in providing relief goods to the evacuees from Langhaya at Antipolo National High School. Around 96 families displaced by landslides brought about by ONDOY received boxes of used clothes donated by gold hearted Antipolonians mostly CFC Handmaids of the Lords-FFL collected by the Relief team headed by Mrs. Roberta Zapanta.

Displaced families from 25 houses demolished literally by ONDOY landslides received packs of used clothes, shoes and slippers, and food from concerned citizens and CFC Handmaids of the Lord-FFL of Antipolo City collected and packed by Vice Mayor Lorenzo Ka Enchong Zapanta's Office. The Good Samaritans of Canlapan family from Villa Patricia temporarily converted their house into an evacuation center for their affected neighbors. Team Leader Cely Cantos of the Relief Team along with other staffs of Vice Mayor Zapanta's Office personally distributed the goods.

Brgy. Calawis, which is one of the most remote areas in Antipolo City where transportation and accessibility seems to be every person's dream, has once officially received medicines amounting to P47,744 from participating pharmaceutical companies through the united efforts and initiative of the staffs of the Office of the Vice Mayor Zapanta during his term from 2001-2004.

During Ka Enchong’s term from 2001-2004: P40,000 worth of free medicines was worked out for Barangay Cupang; Brgy. San Roque received P42,000 worth of free medicines worked out by the Office of the Vice Mayor Zapanta; Ka Enchong worked out P47,000 worth of free medicines for Brgy. MuntinDilao; Ka Enchong Zapanta Adds Sunlight to Brgy. Inarawan by providing P25,000 worth of free medicines.

The residents living in the said areas and most of the indigents of Antipolo City enjoyed .25 Million (during 2003) and .1 Million (during 2002) worth of free medicine supply through the efforts of the Office of the Vice Mayor, and participating pharmaceutical companies, in support to the administration of that period.

AntipoloCity.Com, Ka Enchong Zapanta and staffs along with family members and supporters conducted massive relief operations after the onslaught of Ondoy.
